Where we ship
We ship to every serviceable pin code in India. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Dispatch and delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of being placed. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days. Deliveries to remote or hill locations can take longer.
Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on all orders across India. There are no hidden charges at checkout.
Cash on delivery
COD is available on most pin codes. If your pin code is not serviceable for COD, you will see this at checkout and can pay online instead. Prepaid orders receive a discount.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email and SMS as soon as the courier picks up your parcel. If you have not received it within 3 working days of ordering, write to us.
Returns
You can return a product within 7 days of delivery. It must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
To start a return, write to us with your order number and the reason. We will arrange a pickup where the courier services reverse pickup, or share a return address if not.
Damaged or wrong items
Send us clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and we cover the return shipping. An unboxing video helps us settle these claims much faster.
Refunds
Once the returned item reaches us and passes a quick check, refunds are processed within 2 working days. Prepaid refunds reach your account in 5 to 7 working days. COD refunds are sent by bank transfer.
What we cannot accept
Used products, items missing original packaging, and returns requested after 7 days of delivery.
