Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. COD is available across most pin codes in India. You can also pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet — and prepaid orders get a discount at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us within 12 hours of placing it. If the parcel has not been dispatched yet, we will change or cancel it. Once it is with the courier we cannot pull it back.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your pin code. Remote locations can take a little longer.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free across India on every order.
How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel is picked up by the courier.
Returns and refunds
What is your return window?
7 days from delivery. The product should be unused and in its original packaging.
My item arrived damaged.
Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. If you can, film yourself opening the parcel — it makes the whole process much faster for both of us.
When will I get my refund?
For prepaid orders, refunds reach your account 5 to 7 working days after we receive the return. For COD orders we send a bank transfer once you share your details.
